Back from USA, a hectic weekend, dogs on Saturday, out with the lads on Sunday evening . . . it was like a Friday! Now the search for an exercise bike is underway . . . Bryan has his and has done over 20 miles already . . . He says it's a bit of a pain though carrying the thing back to where he lives, maybe someone should have told him that you don't tow it behind your road bike . . . oh well . . .
